This sample eLearning module, developed in Articulate Storyline, demonstrates a project at 75% completion and highlights the use of gamification techniques to engage learners. Designed for new hire property managers, the module features three progressive challenge levels where learners must correctly identify the proper call flow steps to achieve positive call resolution. Each level incorporates scenario-based interactions that require learners to select the most effective fact-finding questions and follow company standards for completing calls. The design showcases how gamified elements, branching pathways, and feedback loops can create an immersive and practical training experience that reinforces essential call-handling skills.
