ILT + Development

In this section, you’ll find resources that demonstrate my work in ILT design, facilitation, and blended learning support. Highlights include a PowerPoint presentation on sustainable architecture in rental properties, a curriculum map and video tutorials for a Revit basics course, and an instructor guide for a computer literacy course. I also showcase a storyboard for a notice-to-vacate system training video, illustrating my ability to plan and structure engaging learning materials. These projects reflect my skill in building comprehensive training packages that combine visual design, facilitation tools, and structured lesson planning to enhance instructor and learner success.

Computer BAsics

This ILT program was developed using the backward design model, beginning with clearly defined learning outcomes and aligning all activities and assessments to ensure measurable skill development. Designed for adult learners and workforce participants, the training builds foundational computer skills essential for today’s digital workplace. Topics include hardware basics, file management, email etiquette, and safe internet practices, with an emphasis on practical, hands-on exercises. Supporting materials, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and quick-reference sheets, enhance instructor delivery and promote long-term retention.

Sustainable Rentals

This PowerPoint presentation explores how green, sustainable practices can attract quality tenants while reducing operational costs for rental properties. It highlights key strategies such as energy-efficient upgrades, eco-friendly certifications, and sustainable maintenance methods. Designed with clear visuals and structured content, the presentation equips property managers and stakeholders with actionable insights to enhance marketability, lower expenses, and align with modern environmental expectations.

Revit Basics

This asynchronous digital course equips adult learners with the fundamental skills needed to confidently navigate Autodesk Revit, a leading Building Information Modeling (BIM) software widely used by architects, engineers, and construction professionals. Designed for participants ranging from complete beginners to those with limited experience, the course guides learners through a progression aligned with Bloom’s Taxonomy—from memorization and comprehension to application, analysis, and evaluation. By the final stage, learners will demonstrate mastery through creation, using Revit’s tools to design and model original building components. Through step-by-step instruction, practice exercises, and scenario-based challenges, students develop the critical thinking and technical skills necessary to design, model, and manage building projects effectively within a BIM workflow.

N.T.V. Storyboard

This sample showcases the first two pages of a video storyboard template, intentionally limited to protect confidential project details while still highlighting its key components. The template outlines essential elements such as scene descriptions, visuals, dialogue, and timing, demonstrating how it guides the planning and organization of video content. It provides a practical example of how the template would be applied in a real-world project to ensure clarity, consistency, and efficient production workflows.
